SHIPPING POLICY

Field + Supply operates a marketplace model which means that all products are shipped directly from the brand.  The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout using either flat-rate pricing or calculated pricing from the United States Postal Service depending on the type of product.  The shipping policy for each product will be listed on the product page. 

In-stock items: All in-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 days of the order being placed unless otherwise noted on the product page.  

Made-to-order items: Made-to-order Items will list the lead time on the product page and will ship once the lead time is complete. 

Items that require a quote: Sales for these items are processed outside of our system directly by our sister company, FAIR Design.  You may request a shipping quote along with shipping policies during the quote request process. 

Shipping Incidents: If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact info@fieldandsupply.com within five days of receipt and provide images of the damaged item along with images of the packaging.  Items that are damaged during shipping are not eligible for refund; however, they may be eligible for exchange.  Note: this only applies to items purchased directly on fieldandsupply.com

Orders that contain items from multiple brands will receive multiple shipments. 

An automated email will be sent to you once an item has been shipped along with the tracking information.  Shipping methods (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc) may vary by brand.
