Ingredients

• ½ Shot of Aperol
• ½ Shot of Lemon Juice
• ¾ Shot of Chamomile Simple Syrup
• ¾ Shot of Pineapple Juice
• 1 fresh pineapple, chopped
• 1 ½ Shot of Tequila Ocho
• ½ Shot of Mezcal
• Cracked Peppercorn

Instructions

Using a glass, combine ½ shot of Aperol, ½ shot of lemon juice, ¾ shot of chamomile simple syrup, ¾ shot of pineapple juice, 1 ½ shot of Tequila Ocho, and ½ shot of Mezcal, cover, and shake well. Serve in your ice-filled glass of choice and garnish with cracked peppercorn if desired.
